This is how the ‘Clin d'Œil’ series was born, based on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

We quickly decided to make choices such as a non-dosed vintage on a parcel of land and to pay tribute to our grandfather and his work as a winegrower.

Selecting clear wines according to year, plot and grape variety.
Going a step further in barrel vinification and offering a range of wines with no added sulphur.
