Pinot Blanc, a rare grape variety in Champagne, allows us to vinify Clair Choisi Blanc de Blancs. A singlevarietal, vintage cuvée with no added sulphite.

Clair Choisi Blanc de Blancs reveals a powerful nose with complex aromas:
A mixture of dried fruit and woody-spicy notes.
The palate is supple and tense, harmonious.
The finish is powerful and supported by a beautiful
aromatic persistence.
